Refund and Returns Policy

At Warsi Gemstone Store, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality gemstones and a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy outlined below.

To be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be in their original Condition.
  • All returns or replacements for loose gemstones will be inspected and verified by Warsi Gems.
  • Our Returns & Replacement Policy does not cover damage caused by neglect or improper usage.
  • The product should be Including by the original product certificate, invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates etc.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones:

The gemstone can be returned for a 90% refund of the purchase price if the customer informs us within 7-10 days of delivery and provides a valid reason. The return request must be made within one week to ten days after receiving the gemstone.

No Returns/Refunds Applicable In The Below Cases

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • Failed delivery attempt by our respective courier service agent
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Products returned in used or damaged conditions
  • Customized orders (Gemstone Jewellery made to order)
  • Non-payment of custom duty (if applicable) or non-compliance of customs policies/instructions
  • If the gemstone is not faulty or damaged.
  • Minor Colour and design variation. All natural gemstones  are handcrafted, so there may be slight variation from the photographs on our website.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges, duties and VAT are not refundable.
  • Restocking Fees will be 5% of invoice value.
  • If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, we will deduct the certification cost.
  • Return shipment is at the customer’s cost
  • Payment Gateway charges, 5% will not be refunded.
  • Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
  • For a refund, the customer has to return the product to the company within 15 days as per the above conditions So that we can show that product back on availability
